Catering

Whether you have 20 or 200 guests, there are a number of different catering options available if you hold your wedding at Perrygrove. We are more than happy to work with your own caterer and are open to your suggestions. Below are our own personal recommendations based on previous functions.

Afternoon Tea

Offering afternoon tea is becoming increasingly popular. It’s a great way to keep your guests happy and busy, while you and your wedding party can relax with the photographer to capture all those special moments. Both plain and fruit scones are offered, along with cup cakes and traditional sponge cakes. We offer this as an extra service at your wedding and we can cater for up to 60 people for afternoon tea.

Joshuas catering

Joshuas catering offers extensive catering options for your wedding party. They are only 5 miles from Perrygrove and source the very best local produce the area has to offer. Their food is of the highest quality and the portions are extremely generous.

Bar Hire

We have our own bar that you must use if booking your wedding at Perrygrove.  It has a rustic feel and is fully stocked with wine, beer, cider, spirits and soft drinks.

Ice cream

Serving ice cream at any wedding is a definite hit with both old and young alike.  We can serve you and your guests for a 2 hour slot during your reception.  We use the very delicious Chase Farm ice cream, (located only 7 miles away), and we will provide everything needed to serve the ice cream – all you have to do is pick the flavours!  The can also bring their beautiful ice cream bike for an extra cost.

Traditional candy cart

If there are going to be children coming to your wedding, then our candy cart is a must. It’s an original horse drawn cart that has been lovingly restored here at Perrygrove. Again, this is a magnificent talking point as it’s completely different to any other candy cart that you would normally have at a wedding. It’s also a lot bigger so makes a true impact on your guests as they enter your venue. We provide the jars, sweet scoops, tongs, paper bags on string, picnic basket and flowers for decoration. You can either fill it with your own choice of confectionery, or we can provide this for an extra cost.
